Yes absolutely it will. 

This is a different approach to treating anxiety in that it uses life coaching methods combined with therapy. It’s really effective for general anxiety, social anxiety and health anxiety which are the main focus in my practice. 


This unique approach helps you uncover the underlying causes of your worries and fears (they often go back to childhood); but then you’ll learn how to relax; look at situations in new, less frightening ways; and develop better coping skills.


I don’t do therapy lasting months and months, you really don’t need it. My approach gets you where you want to be, just quicker.


Coaching therapy is simply a great investment in your mind. As the mind affects everything we do, say or think it’s a heck of a good investment in yourself. (you really deserve it)

  • 1 hour private and exclusive coaching sessions by phone, video call, or face to face at my Nottingham office. We’ll discuss the likely number of sessions you’ll need on our initial free chat.


  • Unlimited follow up support & questions via email and messenger for the duration of the therapy sessions.


  • Worksheets for the powerful tools you’ll be learning which you can revisit for years to come.

This is a personalised service. It is based on your requirements and what you want your outcomes to be. This will be discussed in your introductory phone call which is of course, free. 


You might want a one off session to try it out and get some immediate strategies, or a block of sessions to really get to grips with your problem.


Blocks of sessions usually up to a maximum of 12 sessions. Most people have about 5-7 sessions. Sessions are £60 each.

Cant I just help myself?

Yes of course you can!


There’s tons of stuff out there on the internet or in self-help books. In fact there’s so much stuff it all gets a bit overwhelming at times. 


There’s plenty to listen to and read about anxiety if you want. You might even have done this already. Maybe it even helped a little bit. 


The problem with there being so much stuff is what do you with all this information. It gets a bit stressful going through it doesn’t it.


Yep that’s right! You end up more anxious because you have too much information. All it does it to overwhelm and confuse you even more. (Blimey I remember feeling that way- it was exhausting!) 


The best way is to actually speak to someone who understands what works and what doesn’t. Someone who can guide you through this minefield of information and get you on the right track. 


Why should I choose you to help me?

Well of course it’s entirely up to you. But I’m not going to waffle on here about all my work and life experiences because this is about you and what you’re going through. If you’d like to know more I’m happy to answer any questions you might have.


Basically I lived with extreme anxiety and depression for longer than I care to remember. It took me a long time to get help, and this was only after it caused me to have a stroke. 


I then finally hired my own anxiety therapist, and the support I had really helped me to adjust my thinking and really recognise my own value.


Because of this, I was able to adopt a new mindset to cope with anxious thoughts, reduce overthinking, regain my confidence, and get rid of the physical symptoms I had been experiencing. 


I then did further training to allow me to do what I’m doing now.


I am a Certified Specialist Coach (a senior member of ACCPH) I also have qualifications in person centred counselling, a level 6 Diploma in Life coaching, and a diploma from the Association for Psychological therapies. 


I’m now happier and more confident than I ever was, thanks to my own therapy. Sometimes we all need a helping hand to guide us towards being our best selves.
